About Me

Hi,

My name is Connor Goodno, and I am the founder of Good Tree Genealogy Services. I first became interested in Genealogy, or the study of the history of past and present members of a family, when my father told me he was adopted at birth, and his biological parents were a mystery to him. I found myself deeply curious as to what our biological last name was and felt determined to solve my father's lifelong mystery.

With a little luck and perseverance, my father was able to find his biological mother. I still remember my father recounting the story of their 43-year reunion at a Thanksgiving dinner table many years ago. Now, coming up to my father's 60th year, his biological father remains a mystery. I have spent the past year diving deep into this mystery with the aim to crack this case once and for all.

In my investigative efforts, I have come to respect Genealogists and anyone who attempts to learn more about their family history. It is difficult work to say the least. However, it is not without its fair share of incredible insights, fascinating stories, and certainly some unexpected outcomes.
