Two options are available for Interpreting DNA Results:

Basic, $100

Ideal for: Clients who just want a clear explanation of their test results without deep analysis.

What's Included:

Test Overview: What the test measures + definitions/explanations

Ethnicity Estimate Explained: Plain language interpretation of regions and confidence levels. Caveats on how estimates can change with time.

Match List Walkthrough: Top matches, how to read cM values and relationship ranges.

Side Assignment: Assign matches to maternal/paternal sides.

Delivery:

- 30-45 min consultation (live or recorded)

- 2-3 page summary PDF with key takeaways + any recommended actions

Input Needed:

- Access to DNA Test account (viewer access) or exported data

- Any known family tree information (optional but helpful)

Advanced, $150

Ideal for: Clients with specific research questions (unknown relative, confirming suspected ancestors, sorting matches, etc.) or those with multiple test results.

What's Included:

All Basic Features

Cluster Analysis: Grouping matches by likely ancestral lines.

Triangulation with Segment-level Insight: A method to confirm genetic relationships by comparing multiple DNA matches with each other. This provides confirmed lineage vs. just having "shared DNA".

Building Mini-Trees: To help identify Most Recent Common Ancestors (MRCA) and map likely connections to the client.

Delivery:

- 60-90 min consultation (live or recorded)

- 6-10 page PDF report with visuals: clusters, segment charts, hypothesized MRCA(s), and next steps checklist

Input Needed:

- Access to Ancestry account plus any other test sites

- Any known family tree information (optional but helpful)
